2 frozen bananas cut into slices
1 heaping tbsp of cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Splash of non-dairy milk (if needed)
Splash of maple syrup, or a date (optional)
Handful hemp granola
A few dark cherries
More cinnamon (because I love it)
- Pull your frozen bananas out of the freezer about five minutes before hand to let soften a little.
- Then add bananas, cacao, cinnamon, sweetener (if adding, I prefer not to), into a food processor.
- It will take a few minutes to come together, at first it will look crumbly but as it starts to melt it will become smooth. To make it a little creamier add the splash of non-dairy milk if needed.
- When smooth scoop into bowl then top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
